Furthermore, we take one step forward with our quality and technology in improvement works in determining disease resistance and affinity levelsof the pure lines produced with tissue culture method with the support of our Molecular Biotechnology Laboratory.
TISSUE CULTURE LABORATORY
In our Tissue Culture Laboratory, in addition to haploid cultures, propagation of various fruit rootstocks and ornamental plants is carried out by micro-propagation techniques. We have been carrying out the studies of haploid cultures which constitute the basis of our research and development studies in all vegetable groups for 10 years.
MOLECULAR BIOTECHNOLOGY LABORATORY
In our molecular biology laboratory, molecular markers are used to obtain resistant plants and accelerate the selection stages in tomato, pepper and cucumber vegetables. In addition, routine analysis of kinship analysis of tomato, pepper, lettuce, cucumber and pumpkin plants enables the identification of distant relatives and the ability to capture the crossbreed in a short time.
Our pathology laboratory obtains a large collection by performing isolation and preservation procedures for many different breeds of disease. All of these disease breeds are used for testing and monitoring the disease resistance of our own varieties.
